political, and social aspects that help relating Bolivia with
other countries in a direct bilateral or multilateral way. It
should be noted that PROACTIVA is up to date with current integration
treaties such as Asociacion Latinoamericana de Integracion (ALADI),
Mercado Comun del Sur (MERCOSUR), Comunidad Andina de Naciones
(CAN) and Asociación de Libre Comercio de las Américas
(ALCA). |
Great
quantities of projects developed directly in the country or through
international technical assistance have not been properly exploited,
and the reasons for such failure have never been found. Based
on its experience and prestige, PROACTIVA offers evaluation studies
for the impact of economic and social projects, which will save
time and resources to national organizations. |
